The iRental
system can easily be formatted for your site, with your colors
and logos. A seamless look for the highest professional look.
Your properties are searchable
on the main iRental page via four methods:
- By city or area of town
- By monthly rental price
- By Quick ID search
- By location on a local map
A featured property is also
displayed on the main page and properties from your custom
system are randomly displayed in the featured area.

The custom iMap displays all properties as icons. When the
visitor's mouse pointer hovers over a specific icon an info box
pops up and displays essentials like the rental id, address,
numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms, monthly rental price, and
three photos. The visitor may then click a link in the popup
window to load the details page for that property.
The dynamic iMap allows a site visitor to locate properties by area
of town and then narrow their search by viewing details on each
property, all without having to leave the page.
The iMap is also fully
navigable by simply dragging the mouse pointer on the map. The
view can be zoomed in or out and satellite images with the roads
displayed can be viewed, as well. |

The iRental
search results pages display the properties that met the
criteria of the visitor's search. The following is displayed for
each property:
- A thumbnail image
- The property's rental ID
- Property address
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Monthly rental price
The site visitor may click on
the thumbnail image or the rental ID to load the details page
for that property. The visitor may also easily return to the
search page to use a different criteria to refine their search. |

The details page displays the
special features that make that property one of a kind. These
features are customizable by you when the property is entered,
so even the most unique properties can be advertised online.
The property features include:
- Property Type (i.e.
Apartment, House, etc.)
- School District
- Classification (i.e. 1
story, 2 story, loft, etc.)
- Available for Rent (i.e. a
date the property is available or immediately)
- Square footage
- Number of Bedrooms
- Number of Bathrooms
- Special custom features
that you add
- 4 Thumbnail Photos which display larger versions when
clicked on

| The iRental
system generates online leads! The Request More Information form
allows the site visitor to request more information about the
property without ever leaving the property details page. By
providing some very basic contact information and sharing when
they plan to rent a property, the site visitor can easily
communicate with you. Site visitors can request information
about multiple properties by simply completing the easy form.
The results are sent to you via email for easy management of the
information. You'll see
your rentals increase, vacancies decrease, and time between
rentals shrink. |

The iMap feature of the
iRental system is revolutionary and changing the way rental
properties are found! The iMap can be launched via a button and
link on the property details page. The property is plotted on
the map with the following displayed:
- Rental ID
- Property address
- Property type
- Monthly rental amount
- 3 Thumbnail photos
The map may be zoomed in and
out and can be moved by dragging it with the mouse pointer.
Satellite images and a hybrid satellite/map combo can be viewed
as well. |

iRental Administration
Area
The iRental Administration area
makes it simple and easy to add your properties, upload photos,
and edit them later. So simple, a secretary or administrative
assistant can do it.

The Add/Edit Properties screen
displays all your properties in an easy to understand table
format. On this screen you can view all the information for each
property and can view, edit, copy, and delete any property.
The copy function is especially
helpful when entering several properties of similar type, like
several units in an apartment complex or multiple units in a
condominium. It saves a lot of time and reduces entry errors. |

The Add Property
screen is where you add your property. All you need to do is
complete the fields, upload your photos, and click the Add
button. And you're done.
Some of the fields available to you are :
- Property Address
- Monthly Rent
- Property Type
- Property Classification
- Square Footage
- Number of Bedrooms
- Number of Bathrooms
- Five Customizable Feature
Fields
- Date Available for Rent
- School District
- Property Description
- Five Photo Upload Fields
The Property Description field
allows for multiple formatting options like bold, text color,
font type, italics, underline, and more. All formatting features
are controlled by an easy to use toolbar like those found in
word processing programs.
The Photo Upload fields provide
an easy process for uploading your photos to the system. You
simply click the upload button, find the photo on your computer,
and press the upload button. You're done!

The iMap Verification screen
alerts you if a property you've entered is unable to be mapped.
The most common cause of this issue is an incorrectly entered
Property Address. You can then return to the Edit Properties
screen to fix the address problem. |

The List Users
screen allows for adding, editing, and deleting users from the
system. This is where various users are given access to the
system. |
The Add/Edit Cities screen
provides the ability to add, edit, and delete the various cities
where your properties are located. Any time you add a property
that's located in a new city, one not previously used, you can
easily add the city on this screen.
The main page of the publicly
viewed iRental system displays the cities added here with the
number of properties in each city displayed in parenthesis. |

The Property
Classification screen allows for adding, editing, and deleting
various classifications of properties. Commonly used
classifications are One Story, Two Story, Ranch, Mobile Home,
Garden Home, etc.Anytime
you add a property that requires a new, not previously existing
classification, you can simply add the new classification at
this screen. |
The Property Types screen allows
for adding, editing, and deleting various types of properties.
Commonly used property types are Single Family, Multi-Family,
Apartment, Condo, Duplex, etc.
